The units at Campanile Geneve - Ferney-Voltaire are spacious and recently renovated, which we really appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, taxis, buses, and cafes, making it accessible and convenient for guests.

The bed - nice and firm (the mattress) which is really important - nothing worse than saggy mattress! The staff were friendly and helpful also - and it was all nice and quiet.

Did not eat there so I have no comments re the food. A mini bar in the room would be a nice option, but not so important.

Nice little restaurant on as part of the hotel. Pretty little french town.

Little bit of a walk to bus station. Somewhat expensive to get into Geneva.

The location of this place is fantastic because it's within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit.

The hotel was convenient to the airport in Geneva and was reasonably priced. The restaurant at the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. The room was small but served us well.

The television did not work but we were told that it was an area cable problem and not a problem with the set.

Proximity of the Geneva Airport (French side)

This place has a great location near the bus station, a comfortable and wonderful atmosphere, and serves excellent quality bread for breakfast.

The rooms were as advertised, staff were helpful, and the restaurant serves very good food. The location is great for geneva, and ferney Voltaire itself is a nice place to visit.

The motel-style facilities were simple but adequate and access to my room was easy. Although I did not use the restaurant, the menu appeared to offer a reasonable choice both for breakfast and dinner. Even allowing for local transport costs, it was overall less expensive, if less convenient, than comparable accomodation in Geneva.

There is no really convenient public transport, with the nearest bus route about 15 minutes walk away. Although the hotel is almost within sight of geneva airport, the direct bus to Ferney-Voltaire is infrequent and taxis are expensive.

The services were excellent here, we had a quadruple room with unique textured walls, a comfortable double bed, and a lovely bathroom.

Friendly English speaking staff. Helpful to suggest nearby attractions. Very good buffet breakfast with a good variety.

Room cleaning service routine was not proper. Had to call them several times. Room nos like 32 to 43 or near about are opposite a running water stream which flows noisily in the night.Water source is suspect -not clean water.

Modern place with super friendly staff. Everything was really good.- Peaceful, decent location in Ferney-Voltaire, not far from the closest public transport, local town center, and France instead of Switzerland.- Close to the airport at a good price.Campanile Geneve - Ferney-Voltaire in Ferney-Voltaire is a modern hotel with fantastic staff, offering a peaceful location near public transport, the town center, and France. it is conveniently close to the airport, all at a reasonable price.

(1) Room and bath not properly clean, not at all - except bed (2) The leaning crew strange: there is a leader guy in a hat who is ordering some mid easten women around and he cleans rooms by throwing small items of garbage in front of the rooms. Women have no chace to properly clean the rooms sincethey are scared of this guy (some mid-easten discrimination). In result, floors in room and kitchen and bath are only roughly cleaned all corners and the grout are discussingly dirty. (3) I did not have a hot water every day once they turned it on but on two other times the water was cold. i told them at the eception that I should get a break for lack of hot water but i was told that it is not possible. (4) When I made a reservation i was told that the motel does not have shuttle to pickup from the Airport but the public bus is very close by. In fact the bus is more than 2km away! So, I had to go to my meetings dirty ( I had no shower and sweaty, since I had to hike 2 km to th bus. Taxis are prohibitevely expensive (27euro to the Airport) so, I The grant total, the oss of staying was more expensive than more luxurious hotel right next to the airport. I have to admit however that the resturant was good, with good wine and buffet. I hope you can fix your problems. Jacek Purat
